I had a multitude of bogus files and the techs persevered and got rid of them all. Now my computer runs as it should.

I have no doubt the software is worth the money if it is working. I cannot get mine going and all attempts to get support have netted zero. I can't even find a number to call and cancel my order.

I got your Regservo software and have run it twice now. Both times it totally screwed up my Fidelity investment software which I then had to uninstall, make changes to the registry, and reload before it would run again.
