I installed RegServo and have had nothing but problems since. I hired an IT geek to come by and they uninstalled it. Found that malware "ctlmng.exe" entered my PC within seconds of downloading RegServo.

RegServo is a bad tool as it removes needed registry keys. Eventually, Windows installation will begin to work worse because of the missing keys. I recommend removing the application as soon as possible and instead of buying other things, simply use CCleaner as it's free, safe, and used by many.
Regarding refunds, you will need to contact the seller as he's the one to contact in cases like these.

In many cases, software activation requires an active Internet connection. Also, when you are trying to install an application, make sure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for that product. You may try to download a new version of the application from the main website. Remove the old one and then try to activate it again.
You will receive the activation code once your payment method was processed and cleared. This usually happens with online shopping. You just need to wait for your bank to issue the clearing order and then the website will automatically email you the code you need. Also, please check your SPAM folder, just in case the email accidentally was sent to that location.
